Since 1988, General Electric
has relied on Hoffmann Architects to design and manage roof, façade, balcony,
window, skylight and parking structure improvements without interrupting
365-day-a-year operations at its corporate and guest facilities. The firm
designed and directed the installation of two new modified bitumen roofing
systems totaling 147,400 square feet at the two headquarters buildings, along
with installation of new rubberized sheet membrane roofing at the multiple
balcony roofs. At the Guest Facility, the firm designed and directed the
waterproofing of the east wall and replacement of the underground roof to
correct water infiltration problems. |
