The deadline for Cycle 6 Local Law 11 inspection and filing
was February 21, 2007. All conditions categorized during Cycle 5 as “safe with repair and maintenance program”
should have been “safe” prior to Cycle 6 filing. Cycle 7
inspection and filing deadlines will be in 2010.
